If you ask us, this is one of the most exciting opportunities in you're likely to find in the market today. As a result of a number of acquisitions, the business is looking to transform how they deliver projects into their clients and this brand new role opportunity is the catalyst!

You'll lead an exceptionally strong technical engineering team of c30, across 3 streams - Software, Hardware and Firmware, located across Europe. Whist the teams you'll be leading are technical, you're not required to be super technical yourself, although you'll need a high-level understanding of the technology involved. This role is about leadership, delivery and ultimately people.

Your primary objective will be to implement an effective delivery methodology that brings people together, improves communication and ensures roadmap and paid for projects are brought in on time and in budget. There is a PMO in place so there's plenty of supporting resource available.

Reporting into the CTO, you'll be facing off with both the internal SLT and senior figures within customers. In terms of working policy, its hybrid so think between 1 and 3 days a week in the Sheffield office.

The key is you'll have lead the delivery of technology (Hardware, Software, Firmware, IoT, Scada or PLCs, etc.) projects into customers, ideally within an Engineering environment like Utilities, Energy, etc.
