Do you want to lead the Architecture of a new product with a committed growth target of 50x over the next 5 years? Yes, I hear you cry? Well, read on, read on...

In our humble opinion, this is one of the most exciting opportunities in software architecture over the last couple of years. The business in question has spent the last 12 months making a number of key appointments within software leadership, investing in infrastructure, building squads but now the focus shifts towards the architecture of the product.

Your primary objectives will be to develop a highly scaleable roadmap and drive the principles of high-performance down across the feature teams.

There won't be any direct line management of other Architects, instead the idea is for you to provide technical leadership to the existing, small Architecture team. This'll help alleviate a lot of peripheral burden usually associated with other "Head of" roles.

You'll need the ability to operate strategically and tactically simultaneously and speaking of tech, you do need really strong Cloud knowledge - Azure is in play here but don't be put off if you're interested in transitioning from AWS or GCP.

As you'll form part of the extended management team (on what is a new product, with many new faces), you'll need to be comfortable being in the office, working collaboratively 3 times a week.
