Fancy being the final piece of the jigsaw in a significant transformation for an international software company? Here you go then...!

After spending the best part of the last year reimagining how they deliver for their clients, making a series of very exciting senior leadership appointments, they're now ready for someone to spearhead the delivery function within the UK Professional Services team.

You'll be facing off with C-Level execs within the most recognisable Tier 1 and Tier 2 lenders. The product in question is the largest and most mature in the space and you'll be ultimately responsible for the P&L of the programme.

You'll oversee a portfolio of 20 - 40 projects at any given time, with sizes ranging from 1,000 day - 5,000/10,000 days and whilst there isn't direct line management, you'll have indirect influence over the community of Programme Managers and PMs.

Ideally, you'll have a presence in the office c2 days a week with regular visits to South Yorkshire.

This is a fabulous opportunity for either an existing Delivery Director or a Head of Change, Head of Delivery, Head of Programme or Head of PS looking to step into a such a role.

You'll also need to have either significant experience delivering into Financial Institutions from a supplier perspective OR held a large enough role within a large organisation in FS with multiple, senior level stakeholders across the business.
