Senior Software Developer

What you will do:
Be a key-player in a scrum/agile team, developing high quality software
Using Test Driven Design principles, develop and execute automated Unit Tests
Act as point of escalation for the Project Manager/Project Owner where necessary
Be an expert in performing Code Management using Continuous Integration and other services
Work with the group partners, colleagues and teams, as well as assisting the Development Team Leader
What you need:
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent would be great, however candidates without a degree but with relevant work experience will also be considered
Significant experience with the following technologies Microsoft .Net, Microsoft Azure (preferred), Asp.Net, C#, MVC etc.
Ability to lead and coach others in effective software development using .net frameworks and Agile methodologies
The ability to work independently, including being able to problem solve and be self-motivated
Significant recent experience developing full stack software and with test-driven development
The ability to coach less experienced members of the team where necessary
The knowledge of a range of software engineering practices, including the best practices for the full software development life cycle
The ability to work well and communicate proficiently in a diverse team environment
