Business Analyst

Our client, a well known technology business, based in Sheffield, are looking to add a suitably experienced Business Analyst to their team. The company has a fast paced, modern environment with a friendly culture.. 

The role:

 
This role sits in the wider Business Analysis team, playing a central role in all major projects within the business. This covers initiatives from Commercial through to intricate technological projects. 
The Business Analyst will work on various project types and sizes of project from concept to delivery, across multiple business areas on projects.
This role will take the lead on some projects where multiple BA’s are needed, typically being more complex, high profile projects. Also, this position will develop and maintain good relationships with internal/external contacts and employees at all levels across the business.
 
Duties:
 
Work on a wide range of projects/ programmes.
Work and lead on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Analysis and identification of inter-dependencies between different mapped projects.
Work on the day to day delivery of various initiatives.
As an active Business Analyst, continually suggesting areas for improvement.
Define project plans and agree timescales for project delivery. 
Lead the resolution of any conflicts on the projects or programmes you are working on.
Be responsible for the end to end definition of business requirements covering people, process, and technology and customer experience.
Model processes using standard industry methods such as BPMN.
Communicate project and business requirements to both internal and external suppliers.
Review proposed technical solutions to ensure that all requirements have been met and any risks are identified.
